Grilled Avocados

Create a fun "toppings bar" for these grilled avocados at your next BBQ.


  • 4 avocados
  • salt
  • fresh limes, sliced
  • cilantro
  • cumin
  • diced tomato


  • Cut each avocado in half and remove the pit. Place the avocado halves flesh-side down onto a hot grill for 3-4 minutes or until grill marks appear (the grilling time will depend on how hot your grill is, so make sure to monitor).
  • Remove avocados from the grill and squeeze some fresh lime juice over the top. Sprinkle with salt, cumin, and chopped cilantro. Fill center cavity with some diced tomato.
