Grilled Fish Wrap Sandwich with Fresh Mango Salsa

This fish wrap sandwich made from Alaskan pollock burgers is delicious, easy to make and packed full of nutrients.


  • 4 Trident Alaskan Pollock Burgers
  • lavash bread, tortillas, or sandwich wraps
  • 1 c fresh mango, peeled, cored and diced
  • 1 lime, divided
  • 2 tbsp minced jalapeno
  • 1/2 c diced red onion
  • 1/4 c chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 c mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 head purple cabbage, thinly sliced


  • For the salsa, combine diced mango, the juice from 1/2 a lime, jalapeno, red onion, and cilantro. Set aside.
  • For the mayo spread, whisk the hot sauce, salt, and juice from 1/2 a lime into mayo until combined.
  • Cook pollock burgers according to package instructions.
  • Once burgers are cooked, slice each burger into four slices and place on wrap. Add some mayo spread, sliced cabbage, sliced avocado, and mango salsa.
  • Roll up and slice on the diagonal. Enjoy!
