Drain the liquid from the Ro*Tel and set the tomato/pepper mixture aside. In a skillet, brown the ground beef. After the beef is cooked, drain off any fat and return the skillet to the stove. Add MANWICH, drained Ro*Tel, salt, and spices. Stir to combine and reduce heat to low. Let simmer on low for about 15 minutes to allow flavors to combine.
In the meantime, warm up baguette in the oven according to package instructions. Remove to a cutting board and slice into 3/4 inch slices. Serve dip with baguette slices and top with thin slices of jalapeno (optional).
