Healthy Smoothie for Kids

This healthy green smoothie tastes delicious and is totally kid-approved!


  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup vanilla coconut milk, you can substitute vanilla almond, soy or rice milk
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 cups packed baby spinach, tough stems removed
  • 2 1/2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 2 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks


  • Put the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until mixture is smooth. Serve immediately for smoothies, or freeze in reusable popsicle molds.


This recipe yields 3-4 smoothies with enough left over to make about 6 popsicles.
