Healthy Smoothie for Kids
This healthy green smoothie tastes delicious and is totally kid-approved!

Ingredients

cup
orange juice

cup
vanilla coconut milk
,
you can substitute vanilla almond, soy or rice milk

bananas

cups
packed baby spinach
,
tough stems removed
2 ½

frozen mango chunks

frozen pineapple chunks
Instructions
Put the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until mixture is smooth. Serve immediately for smoothies, or freeze in reusable popsicle molds.
Notes
This recipe yields 3-4 smoothies with enough left over to make about 6 popsicles.
