Garlic Roasted Broccoli
A simple, flavorful recipe for roasted broccoli that is delicious on its own or added to other dishes.
- 12 oz broccoli florets, about 5 cups
- 2 cloves garlic, diced
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- kosher salt
Preheat oven to 375.
Cover a sheet pan with nonstick foil (optional). Place broccoli florets on the pan and drizzle with oil and garlic. Use your hands to combine ingredients right on the pan. Sprinkle salt over broccoli.
Bake for 20 minutes, stirring in between to ensure even cooking.
Broccoli is done when it becomes slightly browned. Add additional salt to taste, if needed.
