Spicy, Cheesy Crab Dip
This easy and flavorful crab dip can be served with crackers, bread, or even used as a topping for steak.
- 4 oz canned lump crab meat, drained
- 4 oz canned claw crab meat, drained
- 4 oz shredded Monterey jack cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup pickled jalapenos, diced
- 1.5 tsp hot sauce
- 4 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine all ingredients except parmesan cheese in a bowl.
Spread mixture into an 8x8 or 10x7 baking dish.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
Bake for about 25 minutes or until just beginning to bubble/brown on the top.
Switch oven setting to broil, and broil until top is golden brown (about two minutes).
Serve with baguette slices or crackers.
