Easy Roast Beef Sliders
Only four simple ingredients are needed for these satisfying and flavorful roast beef sliders.
- 1 lb roast beef deli meat
- 1/2 lb provolone cheese
- 12 slider rolls
- 1/2 cup horseradish sauce*, see notes
Pre-heat oven to broil.
Slice rolls in half (if not pre-sliced) and spread horseradish sauce on the top half of the rolls. Set aside.
Place the bottom halves of the rolls onto a baking sheet. Top with roast beef and provolone cheese.
Place under the broiler until the cheese melts and begins to bubble.
Remove and top with the other half of the roll, securing with a toothpick.
*My favorite sauce to use for this recipe is Dietz and Watson's Cranberry Horseradish sauce. However, there are a variety of other horseradish sauces you can use for this recipe. Look in the deli section of your favorite grocery store.
*Any deli roast beef will work well in this recipe, but I prefer London Broil.
