Servings: 12 sliders

Easy Roast Beef Sliders

Only four simple ingredients are needed for these satisfying and flavorful roast beef sliders.

  • 1 lb roast beef deli meat
  • 1/2 lb provolone cheese
  • 12 slider rolls
  • 1/2 cup horseradish sauce*, see notes
  • baking sheet

  • Pre-heat oven to broil.
  • Slice rolls in half (if not pre-sliced) and spread horseradish sauce on the top half of the rolls. Set aside.
  • Place the bottom halves of the rolls onto a baking sheet. Top with roast beef and provolone cheese.
  • Place under the broiler until the cheese melts and begins to bubble.
  • Remove and top with the other half of the roll, securing with a toothpick.

*My favorite sauce to use for this recipe is Dietz and Watson's Cranberry Horseradish sauce. However, there are a variety of other horseradish sauces you can use for this recipe. Look in the deli section of your favorite grocery store.
*Any deli roast beef will work well in this recipe, but I prefer London Broil.
