Pre-heat oven to broil. Line a large baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
Slice rolls in half (if not pre-sliced) and spread horseradish sauce on the top half of the rolls. Set aside.
Place the bottom halves of the rolls onto a baking sheet. Top with roast beef (fold it for better texture) and sliced provolone cheese.
Place under the broiler until the cheese melts and begins to bubble. Don't let the tops burn.
Top with the horseradish sauce halves. Optional: brush with melted butter.
Broil for another 1-2 minutes, taking care not to burn the sliders. Remove from heat and secure with a toothpick for serving.
Notes
My favorite sauce to use for this recipe is Dietz and Watson's Cranberry Horseradish sauce. Look in the deli section of your favorite grocery store or order on Amazon using the link above. You can use any other horseradish sauce you like, or if you prefer not to use horseradish sauce, spread some mayo and/or mustard on the rolls.Any deli roast beef will work well in this recipe, but I prefer London Broil. You can increase the amount to 1.5 lb, or add some ham if you want meatier sliders.Brioche slider buns, Hawaiian slider buns, potato bread slider buns, or any slider buns work well for this recipe.
