Electronic gift cards are a procrastinator’s best friend. Here are some of my favorite e-gift cards to give to moms for Mother’s Day, a birthday or any other occasion.

A lot of times new innovations and technologies make me want to crawl into a cave, but e-gift cards are one of the greatest inventions of modern times. Of course we all know the obvious reason for loving e-gift cards — they are perfect for last minute gifts. You can go from “What in the world am I going to get her?” or “Oh shoot, I forgot to get a gift!” or “It’s not going to make it there in time!” to delivering a wonderful gift to somebody’s inbox in mere minutes. Or, if you’re seeing the recipient in person, you have the option to print out a gift certificate yourself.

Aside from being super convenient, the other amazing thing about e-gifts is that they can’t get lost. Electronic gift cards can’t get lost in the mail, they can’t get lost in your purse, and they can’t get lost in a drawer somewhere. They stay right there in the recipient’s inbox until they are ready to redeem them. Genius.

So, if you are still scrambling to come up with a good Mother’s Day gift idea, or you need to get any other sort of last minute gift for a woman in your life, these are my favorite digital e-gifts to recommend.

Bauble Bar e-Gift Card

If you have a mom who likes jewelry and accessories, Bauble Bar is a fantastic online store to give her a gift card to. The jewelry ranges from classic and subtle to really fun and trendy, and the prices are very affordable. It’s such a fun website to look through, and your e-gift recipient will absolutely love picking something out.

Stitch Fix e-Gift Card

If you’ve been reading my blog for a while, you already know about my love for Stitch Fix. It makes a perfect gift because the recipient can set up their own style profile, so you don’t have to try to make guesses about someone’s personal taste. A Stitch Fix Gift Card would be a great gift for moms of all ages, but it’s IDEAL for new moms who probably don’t have much time or energy to shop for themselves. Stitch Fix also has a maternity line, so it would be an awesome gift for expecting moms, too.

Amazon Prime Membership

Did you know that you can gift an Amazon Prime Membership? I tried to give one as a gift years ago, but it wasn’t possible at the time. Now it is! I don’t think there’s a better gift you can give a busy mom than the gift of being able to order things she needs and have them show up at her door in 2 days for FREE for a year! Not to mention the other perks, like free kindle books, streaming video, etc.

Kendra Scott e-Gift Card

I’ve gotten both my mom and my mother-in-law gifts from Kendra Scott in the past (and I’ve received some gifts from there myself), and I absolutely love her merchandise. There’s such a beautiful array of colors to choose from that your mom will be able to choose her absolute favorite. I think Kendra Scott’s jewelry is that perfect balance of elegant and affordable, and it’s one of my favorite stores. I’m lucky enough to live down the street from one, but the online store is awesome, too.

I hope this helped make your gift shopping a little easier! Now I need to go place my order(s). :)
